Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Maison Fourteen pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Items must be:

  • Unworn and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Free from damage, marks, or signs of wear

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Earrings (including hoops and studs)
  • Custom or personalised pieces
  • Sale or promotional items

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Faulty Items
If your piece arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily repair, replace, or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns
